On December 16, 2015, the OhioHealth Foundation hosted the Tough Enough To Wear Pink Committee to an evening of celebration for supporting cancer services at the Bing Cancer Center. What a beautiful evening it was.
Anita Latero, V.P. Development Officer for The OhioHealth Foundation welcomed all and introduced our own, Joe Coalter, for the invocation and a few remarks.
Dr. Jeff Bell, OhioHealth Medical Director of Cancer Services, took us from the beginning of the Bing Cancer Center and the thoughts put into planning the center. We came away with a comforting feeling on their approach to Patient Assistance.
Leslie Steele, Director of Cancer Services, explained the operations of the center to all on a tour of the facility.
Carrie Houte, Business Manager of Oncology, was also on hand talking to all about the Bing Cancer Center.
I also want to say a Big Thank You to Mike Price of Fairfield Photography, and our horse show photographer, for being with us and taking pictures. Our group cannot say enough good things about Joe Coalter, our horse show announcer, and owner of Horsemen’s Corral Magazine and Mike Price for all they do for our Tough Enough To Wear Pink Horse Show!!
