This is Cassandra Neher, 5 yrs. old, with her step-sister, Emily Manning. Cassandra lost her mother to Cancer when she was 4 yrs. old. Emily and Cassandra won the ” In Memory of ” Class at the 2014 TETWP Horse Show.
